Facade Updates
Exterior facelifts are quite the commitment. Not only are they a big financial undertaking, we don't change them very often in our lifetime. We work with the homeowner to create a detailed rendering, helping everyone involved share the same vision. We also provide sources and specs for each selection made.
Kitchen + Bath
Through years of professional and personal projects, we have learned that remodels are where we thrive. They give you an opportunity to keep the old charm that you just can't get in a new home, but also allow you to more modern upgrades. While existing walls, plumbing, etc. create limitations - those hard parameters seem to be when we have our most creative results.
Space Planning
Ordering new items for your home can definitely be stressful. With everything online now, deciding on rug sizes, sofa configurations, etc. feels like playing roulette at checkout. By creating a floor plan to scale, it allows us to then present the homeowner with multiple options for the proposed room. We provide specs for each item so that clients can make selections with confidence.
Color Consulting
Paint colors were definitely the most tricky selection in design. The same swatch will often look completely different in each room - even within the same house. Over time, we have learned the different variables and which alternatives will leave you with the perfect end results.
