Moody Magic in Construction Chaos

One day we will have uppers but for now, I’m loving this view.

Like most of our projects, we have taken this little brick ranch one step at a time. We completely gutted this one - moved walls, relocated the kitchen, replaced all tile and flooring with hardwoods (real hardwoods). It’s personality is finally coming out to play. For us, it always takes a year for a new place to feel like home and we are almost there.
